The Cheese Shop Return Policy
- A 15% Restocking Fee is charged on all returns or exchanges for which there is no damaged product.
- Regardless of your method of payment, refunds will be paid by check, after the product is received and inspected by us to ensure it is able to be resold.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (return and delivery) related to any return/exchange.
- Customers will receive a full refund only in the event they have been sent incorrect or damaged items.
- It may take up to 30 days to receive your refund check.
- All claims on incorrect or damaged items must be made within ten (10) days of shipping to ensure refund.
- Return approval process
- A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from customer service.
- Goods must be packed and returned in their original condition.
- Include a copy of the packing slip with the Return Authorization Number marked at the top.
Availability
Any item marked as out of stock cannot be ordered at this time.
If your order is placed, and we find ourselves out of stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you of the out of stock item. You will not be charged for the out of stock item and have the option to cancel that part of your order, or to wait until we replenish our stock. We will ship any backordered item at a reduced shipping rate, free of handling charges.
