This recipe takes standard mashed potatoes and makes it exciting, adding a sharp, delicious twist with the addition of Sharp White Cheddar from The Cheese Shop!
1/2 Cup Sharp White Cheddar from The Cheese Shop
2 Pounds of Potatoes (any variety)
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup milk
1. Peel and quarter potatoes (leave some skin if you prefer more texture)
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain water.
3. Mash potatoes, adding milk, butter, and most of the cheese.
4. Finish by sprinkling Sharp White Cheddar over the top, then enjoy!
